The Political Correct "wokeness" will start bleeding more and more into our industry. I won't be surprised if we start seeing more of these types of threads where the "Designs" are called into question because of how some group or person may take offense to it.
Soo... basically, it's HP's Ink but they want to add as many other variables as possible so as to look like it's a combination of OTHER products or practices that cause the failures. Nice.
I will say their claims about how many issues were reported may not be "up to date". We've had this problem...
It's not wasted if you priced it into the job and factored it into the equation. EVERY job has "wasted materials" if you think about it. Heck, look at weeding and taping, how much goes into the trash unused.
Look at having a 36" job using 48" material etc.
Price the waste into the job and...
Update: took advantage of the rebate and we love the installation (almost as much as Avery 1105)....BUT....recesses did indeed become an issue in several installs (lifting) even after making sure they were properly cleaned and installed including post heating.
I think my days of 175 are...
So you're saying this Cast vinyl is manufactured in the USA? Does it have Egress? Does it have a warranty? What inks does it like? Is the adhesive opaque?
How about some more info on the product...since you're already here touting it.
Interested.
Hmmm...I'll keep an eye on the recesses. Haven't had to remove anything that's been on for awhile.
May go back to 180mC though if enough folks are having issues. I'd rather not have the risk.
I've added the Roll Up (take up system) to my 64" Summa TS2-140.
I cannot find info anywhere with instructions on how to operate it.
Anyone know how to...or can point me to a resource that you know discusses it?
Thanks.
All that work taking it apart and wrapping it, for a 2 year warranty on the Roof & hood...
Hopefully you priced it right. If you did, they could have got a paint job for the same price.
Which begs the question...why get it wrapped? (other than the fact it's the Owner's wife's car of course)
Yep, same thing. Sometimes when you cancel, there's a hiccup between the 2. You gotta just Hard Restart the printer.
Also, give it some time before you resend a print after a successful cancellation. Otherwise the NEW ripped item get's lost on the way as well.
If I'm not mistaken...if it's not true and you can prove their public accusations are costing you money...that is Libel, and Defamation. You can go to court over BOTH of those offenses. All you need is:
A) Witnesses that will falsify their claims of racist comments
B) Proof you are losing money...
More Information required. Is this on the laminate...or before laminate? What material are you using? (looks like matte)
Are the "scuffs" glossed lines the distance apart as "pinch rollers" maybe?
