Sounds like this customer is already mad (all caps email) and won't continue using you anyway. Let some other shop deal with her LAST MINUTE RUSH jobs, because she's a poor planner and then gets mad at you because her problem is your emergency. Same day rush should cost a premium & for those...
When you specifically hire a photographer to take photos at a wedding, you don't automatically get the legal rights to those photos unless they include that in contract. They were "commissioned" to do photography. Even photo print places require the authorized signature of the photographer if...
1440x1440 is no different to the naked eye 1 car lane away than 720p.
Most signs are seen at much further than a car lane. Unless you're printing a sign for a showroom, you don't need to go that high. We print 95% of our wraps at 720p full scale. Seriously. Banners, yard signs, real estate...
What materials are you using? Material cost with premium cast vinyl, ink, and overlam should be half what you mentioned if printed in house.
Cargo van at $12 a sft is perfectly priced for profit at a competitive rate.
Box truck or trailer at $12...not so much. I'll do a box truck for $8 sft...

Nope. It's not user or setting error. If you've been reading the thread, it's "particular" and not "general"....and seems to be an anti-scratch chemical that is migrating to the surface during curing and is more of an issue with certain laminates than others.
Namely from what I've seen...mostly...
This happened all the time with my first really cheap laminator (I'll leave the brand name off this thread) and it was because the bottom roller had a different twist in the center compared to the edges.
Solutions are typically,
Replace the softer core...or remove the core and unwind it so...
Oh, that's right, you're from California. Rated at the very bottom of the list of States for "business friendliness" and "cost of doing business". No wonder you're sour as a business owner living in Cali.
America's Top States for Business 2017: The full list
(Glad I left that state 10 years ago).
Here's a free fact for you: In my town, School lunch program "Requires" each child take each healthy food item offered. If the child doesn't want to eat it, they throw it away, but they MUST take it. This was a reaction to the previous Federal Administration's attempts to fight obesity. It...
Try this, under the QUALITY tab on the left in Versaworks, go to the COLOR MANAGEMENT drop down and choose DENSITY CONTROL ONLY.
This setting will get you AWESOME blues, purples, and grey that you couldn't before. Trust me, try it on a patch and see the difference.
