    You might take a look at the Arlon DPF8000 vinyl. I used it on some old plastic and it stuck hard. Printed very nicely as well.

    I print regularly on the DPF4560gtx using the PCV2: Premium Cast Vinyl profile and I get flawless results. Check your heater settings as well, currently mine are at Printer-Off and Heater-98f.

    another local company had the same problem you are having except they were using backlit film. They asked if it was something I could print and I ended up usign the TWF profile which worked wonderfully. If you used the "GPPM: Photo Matte Paper" then there's a good chance that the TWF profile...

    which profiles did you use? have you tried the TWF: Translucent White Film profile? I've used that profile with success.

    I love it! It looks really edgy and noticeable...let me put it this way if it was parked I'd turn around just to take another gander at it. The tattoo styling really sets it apart.
