I don't see an issue with breakage. If you have the capability just print/lam/cut/install.
Odd request since your client will get glare from the side mirrors.
Laws are different in different places. In my neck of the woods anything from the drivers shoulder back can be blocked out.

There are fluorescent inks on the market. I'd imagine you would need a 6 color printer so you could utilize those slots. Would need a custom profile too.
Like the others have said the easiest is to overlay.

To help with alignment roll each door up down and latch about 10 times. The slats will settle and find a "home". Learned that from my installer that does a lot of beer trucks and trailers. He learned it the hard way.;)
