Everyone will have a different method, here's mine:
Run vinyl close to the rivets during initial application of the panel.
Once panel is in place squeegee as close as possible to the rivets.
Hit with a torch for a split second then go over rivet with rivet brush.
(3M rivet brush has super stiff...
I have an older build with an AMD Black Series CPU, 8G's RAM with an SSD for main and HDD for backup. I use Flexi for design/RIP and it has no problem printing wrap files.
System was a custom build by a local shop. They interviewed me as to needs then optimized based on those needs.
SSD for...
Sounds like you're trying to travel a very convoluted path. Your Summa should have been packaged with WinPlot or similar as a plug-in for Illustrator. Design in Illustrator use WinPlot and call it a day.
Honestly though get Flexi and be done with trying to get all kinds of programs to mesh...
UV printer with clear will easily create those types of effects. Problem is durability. UV ink isn't like solvent or latex and prints don't take laminate very well since the ink sits on the vinyl.

If you don't know don't "F" with it! Absolutely clueless regarding regs, some jobs needing stamped engineering drawings, the permitting process...

Note to the OP:
Be careful what you ask for. I got a glowing recommendation for a company on this forum.
Turned into a horrifying mess of lies...
There will be a shadow left from the old stripe. Makes a wonderful guide.
Super secret squirrel trick: Rip off tiny pieces of green or blue painters tape and place them where you want the top of the boot strip to land.
From the stern to roughly three quarters of the way to the bow will...
There are places that will make them for you. Hull Stripes is one of them. https://www.hullstripes.com/ Problem with the wide stuff is the compound curve at the bow. Takes time to get it to lay right.
The marina I work with usually orders the stripes for me.
If you want to look on your own...
We get the window rattling bass and high school kids with their cars that think a 4 banger sounds awesome with a "fart can" or straight pipe. SMH.
Almost forgot the Harley 'tards with straight pipes that think wide open at 3am in a residential area is the definition of bad a$$.
I'd bet a...
