You've definitely got a deflected nozzle there. Roland should cover a new printhead for 90 days if proper maintenance is being done and you're using Roland inks that haven't expired. Get back to the dealer that installed it and see what they'll do for you. Good Luck

Customer has set this up. The default in Flexi is to "Cut Fast", I usually set the default to "None" and make all the settings happen from the plotter itself.

Check your ink first. Do you have fresh ink. For troubleshooting, use a fresh cartridge from Roland. The ink expires 2 years from the date on the cartridge. If that's good, make sure your cap top is fresh - if it's more than a year old replace it with a new OEM cap top. After that, it's...

What profile are you using? Did you try a higher pass count print mode?

There are fuses on the main board. They look like a square grain of rice with metal contacts at each end. You can test them with an Ohm meter. But when you cross wires up, there's really no telling what may have happened to the circuits. Good Luck
