The 13oz Bantex prints wonderfully as well. Its the cheapo material that you will have issues with. Better materials = better products.

We run colorburst and have printed tons of full rolls of 18oz bantex with out any issues. Yes it does walk a little bit, but our operator seems to know how to get through it. The thin/cheap banner material on the other hand does give us issues. Horrible head strikes and even worse ink...

Never used a Summa, but I regret buying the graphtec. We fight with it every time it reads registration marks. Graphtec calls it human error, but that is complete bull sh!t. You shouldn't have to turn the lights off, put tape over the registration marks and slow the speed all the way down...

Oh and one pointer, please go back to the old website. The new one is very cumbersome.

We have used signs 365 for flatbed corrugated and have always been happy. Great prices and great turnaround time. Definitely will use them again!

Was hoping for better than OEM specs.

The only thing I have noticed so far is fading of the green with out laminate. I have heard of others having issues with the yellow but have not experienced that first hand. Only time will tell...

Very excited to see another option of ink with GS6000. Hope these are more durable than the OEM.

I am curious to know as well. But I think I ready some where that any third party inks will void the warranty.

What the hell is this "all over" you guys speak of. We have 5 auto presses and 1 large 50"x99" manuel press, but have no idea what "all over" is. Please enlighten me. And like others have said: this is an extremely over saturated market. If your buying screen presses, definitely buy used...

Running the GS-6000 and Graphtec plotter as well. We share the same frustrations mentioned, but are still trying to work with it. We have made several calls and even had a graphtec techinician come to our facility, but diagnosed it as user error. I am not convinced that it is user error but...

Are we really to the point where we have to ask how to cut a straight line? Not trying to bash the original poster, but good Lord! You print a cut line around the banner, trim it with a ruler/straight edge and grommet it. We have printed these by the thousands for short term indoor banners...

We produce a lot of these for banks on sintra and on polystyrene. We are not a merchant member, but would happy to quote them for you if you have trouble finding a mm to produce these.
