    Yeah it happens, not often, but it happens. Just call your supplier, they should send out a new roll for ya.

    We've had it a few years, haven't had any signs come back because of problems with the ink. I will warn you, even in the fastest setting this machine is slow. Prints nice, but it's slow.

    I have the same machine and it happens to me too. Make sure the grit rollers are clean, clean them with a small wire brush.

  19. Roland LEJ-640ft Pinch Roller Error...but there are no pinch rollers

    I have the hybrid machine (without the FT) and I have pinch rollers. I can't imagine why yours would need it since it's an actual flat bed... Does it give that error when the vacuum is turned off??? Just throwing out a guess.

    While I'm not familiar with that machine, I think you may have answered your own question. If there should be a magnet, and it's missing the machine may automatically go offline.
