  1. Need Help Mimaki CJV150-160 displaced nozzle

To me, that seems much more then the deflection in your test print, that more looks like something is out of adjustment. Did you have a bad head crash before this issue started?
  2. Need Help Mimaki CJV150-160 displaced nozzle

Looks like you have a little nozzle deflection. You could try a head soak, maybe change the cap tops, if neither help, then you're probably looking at a new head. Is it causing issues with your prints?
  3. Banding on Epson s80600

Does it do this on all medias, or just this particular one?
  4. VG 640 Ink waste!

There's a date code on the side of the pouches, typically, if they are more then 2 years old, they aren't as good anymore. Also make sure you gently shake the cartridges once a week or so to make sure they stay mixed together.
  5. Need Help Eco Solvent Ink vs Clear PSA Vinyl

You pretty much answered your own question. Medias that are Eco-Solvent compatible will state they are. Typically they are compatible due to a coating applied during production. There are many removable clear vinyl's out there that are compatible with your ink set. Oracal has one.
  6. what kind of material to use for translucent stickers? Customers does not want the black background. I have a mutoh vj 1324

Oracal has a transparent permanent adhesive media (3651G). Not sure if it's compatible with your printer though. We've used it in the past and it worked well.

  10. Part numbers

That's correct, the real only difference between the 2 is the size and the additional print head.
  11. Roll media wrinkles on the side even with vacuum on?

Is it all from the same roll? Or have you tried different rolls and still have it?
  12. DX5 Head Sonic Cleaning?

Never done it or really thought about doing it, but if you were, you'd need to build some sort of contraption to hold the print head and only let a little of the bottom part where the film is, as if you were to submerge the entire thing, you'd probably fry it.
  13. Storing/Transporting Roland SP-300V

We recently bought a donor SP-300V printer which was perfectly working, except it needed a new main board. After the pre- transport procedure I mentioned earlier, it was just put it in the back of my boss' truck strapped down and transported to our facility. Once we got it here, we ended up...
  14. Storing/Transporting Roland SP-300V

Depending on the state of the printer and the condition of the print heads, they typically go from 1000 - 2000. If you really want it, maybe let your boss know and make a reasonable offer. If you're hoping to get it for free, you could still have a talk with your boss and explain. I certainly...
  15. Roland vp540 repair

Exactly, also means a certified Roland Tech can't work on it either. As long as your handy, those older models are easier to work on yourself.
  16. Air Quality By You

    He's probably using Celsius.
  17. SP-540v mainboard dead

Could be the panel board fried too. Have you tried swapping it. As far as I know, as long as the board comes from the same model, it should work without changing anything else. We swapped one on our SP-300V not too far back and it works like a charm.
  18. Non Adhesive clear

Would a clear static cling or a clear adhesive media with clear glue work?
  19. Sp-300i Bad Quality

Those deflections could cause some issues with the magenta, however you should be able to get a better print. You might need to go with a high quality and uni-directional print and maybe slow down a bit. It will take longer to print, but you should get a better print. I might suggest trying a...
  20. Sp-300i Bad Quality

What does the nozzle test print look like? I believe you should be able to get better quality, but may need to change some parts to do so depending on how the nozzle test looks. You might also need to play around with profiles and settings.
