I guess my first question should have been, what let you to replace the dampers and the cap top? If the head had dried out, that could account for it.

Understood. These heads are notoriously easy to blow if not installed and connected correctly, hopefully that isn't what happened to you.

Do you get any ink when you do a test print? If you switch cables while the printers were on, you may have blown the fuses.

Doesn't really look like there are any issues with the nozzles. I'd need to see a photo of the cyan to know for sure, but you might just need to play around with settings if it's only that one media that is causing issues. Also, are you certain that media is compatible with Eco-Solvent?

Have you played around with profiles, heat, speed, uni vs. bi - directional? Also that photo is very blurry and hard to make out. Would you also have a nozzle test?

Do you have pictures of this, as well as the nozzle test?

Are you certain the entire doctor is vector and that there isn't a clipping mask or something like that?

I recently had this issue and replaced multiple filler sensors without fixing and what worked was I powered off connected a syringe to the line after the clamp line and sucked out all the fluid, then did the tray cleaning and it worked. Can't guarantee it will work for you, but it might.

Why not put them on in Versa Works and print them on the printer, why are you using a copier?

Which filler sensor is it that you need to replace? I just had to replace a couple last week, one on the magenta and then the cleaning tray.

I don't know as I don't have a Mimaki, however, I would imagine there should be imagine, as there are for Roland. I would leave the head replacement as a last option, as it would be your most expensive option.

I'd try the overnight head soak first to see if that helps and go from there.
