So your problem is with Rasterlink? If that is the case, there is no option AFAIK. Rasterlink is a sorry excuse for a RIP. You will need Onyx to do print to cut on a Zund.

Rocco - thank you SO MUCH! I contacted Signcomp and they do carry them. Thank you for the offer. My installer is concerned these are going to strip out, so he wants new ones. They sign is very high up and he doesn't want to mess around with the old clips if they give him problems.

This is very interesting. We have equipment (not an Edge) to print them in-house, but the die cut adhesive (or "selective mask") is what stumped me. The video doesn't really go into detail on how that part works. So your actual cut needs to line up exactly with the mask for the clear windows...

We have started using Fusion360 recently. One of my employees picked it up pretty quickly with no previous 3D software experience. There is some time investment, but IMO it is well worth it especially for higher dollar projects.
