1" aluminum tube frame mounted to the building with L brackets or angle aluminum, screw the sign to the frame then i get decorative molding from the carpet department and mount that to the edges to give it a finished look
over all size is 60" x 30" and as of now they want me to use stand offs for the install but not sure that will be best if they go with the 1/4" solid brushed alum unless i use 6-8 of them
i was looking at the 1/4" brushed and it's expensive but not my problem if they want to pay. just wondering if the weight might be an issue.
just came up with another idea, maybe just put a metal from on it.

2.5ft x 18-20ft. this install is too much for me. the job would be all yours. i usually have merritt do these type of banners for me. i don't have the equipment to fabricate it.
would need a price on...
+1
i had a friend of mine that did this and he stopped due to the cost. he really didn't have a market for it. i guess like anything else if you have the customers and they are will to pay you can make money. not a cheap or easy process

quoting a job for some backlit panels but customer wants them on the outside of the glass with removable adhesive.
so far only materials i can find have a perm adhesive. any ideas?
i was thinking of just printing on clear with removable but not sure i can get a good enough print for the backlit.
