Use a post pounder, same as you would for soil, it takes a little more work to get through the asphalt but it should only be about 4" thick. If you have a lot to do, consider a gas or hydraulic post pounder.

usually the cheap paints are the best for walls, builders grade paints don't have any of the easy clean additives in it that cause vinyl to fail.

are you hand cutting these after they are printed? If so some times it is better to have a bit more material waste if it will speed up trimming, once you start nesting the pieces you can sometimes double your trimming time.

I can't comment on the heat as our place is always heated, but I think as long as the temperature stays above 10 degrees Celsius you should be ok, can you set your heaters down low to keep it above 10?
