Trying pulling the Y cartridges and reinserting. Years ago I had an issue with my Roland barfing ink on the prints. Dealer said sometimes you get a cartridge that somehow gets pressurized. I didn't think it would work but it did. May have to do it multiple times though to clear it up.

Is it happening on a new roll? I've had issues with JetFlex bunching up on my Mutoh. After the first 15 or 20 feet it runs fine. I unroll media so there's a loop behind the printer.
Something changed with the material as it never did this and now the last two rolls had issues.
Is there a company in the UK that sells transfers? Then all you need to do is heat press. Much easier and faster than printing, contour cutting, weeding etc...
Tools for extraction are in photo raw, but I just buy the suite as the various tools come in handy from time to time.
