Is it happening on a new roll? I've had issues with JetFlex bunching up on my Mutoh. After the first 15 or 20 feet it runs fine. I unroll media so there's a loop behind the printer. Something changed with the material as it never did this and now the last two rolls had issues.

Is there a company in the UK that sells transfers? Then all you need to do is heat press. Much easier and faster than printing, contour cutting, weeding etc...

Custom built from a local shop. Only time that I was interviewed about needs and capabilities of the new build. Once built they also made sure all software ran without issue. CPU is AMD Black Edition. They don't use Intel. Rig is a few years old but still cranks out the work.
