Anyone have a good connection on inexpensive super cheap, promotional screenprinted collapsible foam koozies? Usually printed front and back, single color.
Any leads appreciated!
^^^ BINGO. Only SOME clear media profiles will allow output setting to be
W>CMYK
CMYK>W
WHITE
If you're seeing these options and only plan to print white, then select white. If you want to lay white underbase, THEN print color over the top then do W>CMYK.
If you're seeing the white ink drop...
Hey guys....I'm curious if any of you have a theory on the correct ORDER of operations when it comes to calibrating roland machines? Do you find better calibrations when you calibrate one adjustment, before another?
-unidirectional
-Bi Direction
-Print/Cut Alignment

They come out BEAUTIFUL. These are in just about every art gallery at this point, and every major photographer seems to be using them (clark little is one for sure).
I thought they printed directly to the metal but I watched a video today from magna chrome and they're printed just like dye-sub...
Hey Guys!
The more and more time goes on, and the more and more I travel - the more i notice these metal prints that a LOT of photographers are moving towards. Some sort of printing similar to dye-sub and then it's pressed and infused into the metal with a super high gloss finish...
Also known that you replaced the ink lines, I'd suggest taking syringe and sucking fluid through cap on all the lines. It's possible you put an air bubble in it...
As suggested, the bearings in the blade holder.....also what cut speed are you cutting at? might be so slow on gummy vinyl that it's skipping? Far chance, but try kicking the cut speed up. Try also cutting without heat? Might be super gummy vinyl that's just too soft when cutting with heaters on

Bobby IS INDEED an incredible tech. i REALLY wish we lived in Georgia...he's been super helpful on any phone calls we've made to him.
Enjoyed chit chatting with you over the last few months about our issues.
45 degree blade offset is 0.25
If that isn't working, you can try to play with settings, but chances are that you nicked the blade on something and took the tip off if it's not.
You sure you don't have an air bubble in the line come from bottom side of cap? Also you can try filling the cap station with cleaning fluid and then docking the head and letting it sit like that for a few hours
Hey guys -
We have been using Move In Media for our feather flags and gaining popularity big time. The pole sets are stout and the print quality is phenomenal! The only thing si that we feel the price is slightly high. I know a lot of you are using B2 Sign as well....has anyone here used both...
There's no doubt his heads are in bad bad shape, but The black to me looks worse than the cyan head in terms of deflection? And even then, the prints he's showing photos of seem way worse than what I would think that test print would cause...thats whY i think there's static and alignment also an...
