I have a project to do multiple decals for vehicles. These are just rectangular solid white decals in a variety of sizes for trucks and equipment. Customer told me to use the GOOD STUFF.
The issue to me is 3M and Avery may last 8 years, and Automark is listed at 7, but the ink is going to...
Anybody know why just about every email I send to one of my customers gets bounced back at least 85% of the time? I try sending a second time and for the most part they get through but they can bounce back as well. They say I am the only one who has this problem, yet I don't have this issue...
I get them from the dollar store although they are $3.50 but they are pretty good. I have bought 3 or 4 of the type you pump up and get continuous spray from but they always break..great idea though
Thanks guys, I have done the galvanized steel route before on smaller sizes and it works well. With a 4 x 8 I really don't want to go that route. Will just buy the board and suck it up.
I can't remember if I had read something about a product like this. Customer wants a 4'x 8' magnetic write erase board, but they are so expensive as I can't get a discounted price on them so out side of decorating it, I can't really mark it up. Is there a vinyl that has some form of metal in...
I can't think the file has anything to do with it at all. If the printer asks for a foil then it has a plan to use it. Can you detail just what happens after you put the foil in? Does it try to print or does the machine just sit idle?
Are they all Gerber Foils or a mix of different brands. I find that Duracoat cartridges can sometimes have the teeth broken off and have trouble advancing, but you say everything except black does not work, which is very strange
If you need the font simply to replicate their logo, why not just redraw it...faster than spending all that time searching, and waiting for responses on this forum.
I miss the days when I first got my Gerber 4b with 2 FONTS... You can have helvetica medium or times new roman...take your...
I do all my own banner stands and only use a decent stand that costs me $75.00 I have tried those cheap $25 stands that most re-sellers use and they are absolute garbage. I now tell clients that if they insist on having a cheap stand they can go elsewhere, I want no part of the experience...
I do just about everything dry, unless it is a second colour overlay and fairly large. I have experienced using 3M cast that there are times when I get some very small bubbles, even after doing what I felt was a great application. What I found out was as much as I wanted to rip it all off and...
Oh I like the no walk ins.... Some days I feel like a McDonalds... Non stop people showing up..usually current clients and I always wonder why they would not simply call me or email me.
LOL My blood pressure is high from reading that...
There are so many different types of people out there, I have experienced them all. I will say the longer I do this the less tolerant I am, but still you get the bozo's from time to time. The good ones far outweigh the bad ones.
I too...
I have 2 dogs....Max and TJ Both were rescues and not named by me... TJ Max!!!! LOL in any case Max is now 8 years old and and TJ, well we don't really know.He is probably about the same. he was abused and was shipped up here (Toronto) from Kentucky.... He has huge trust issues, but I have...
Even though you say that it was black vinyl I could only see something like this happening if it were printed black and then die cut far too fast on a solvent printer. I have never seen even the cheapest of the cheap vinyl ever do that ever!!! Something is not right here.
PS I am no fan of...
