Short answer...no, HP's use thermal heads and hence aqueous (waterbased) ink (unsuitable for vehicle wraps etc) ...the new latex ink hp's are thermal as well but are suitable for vehicle wraps etc, but just as, or more expensive than solvent printers. You need a piezo head machine to run...

It's most likely a RS(C, H) 1400 or a 1650?..mostly only ever hear good things about them..I have a GBC 1650..pretty similiar type machine and it does a great job...I've used the FX mimaki cutters and they all did a great job. The GS6000..You'll be grinning from ear to ear once you see a print...

That combination of equipment and software along with you even having to ask this question just doesn't add up to photo quality output.
