I have never cut with that much force on my envision.
You didnt mention what vinyl or lam thickness you are cutting, and blade exposure amount.
The carriage may need to be calibrated with the special weight maybe.
I guess it comes down to how deep is an "etch" - wonder if they will check to see if the etch is 1/16th inch deep.
edit: Actually - once its painted how does one measure the depth of the etch? :)

I think most shop owners enjoy selling, fabricating and getting paid versus a focus on the above services.
It would be good to anticipate:
1. How to respond when shop owner / manager has to ask for multiple revisions.
2. If your prepared file doesn't print the...
And some now find that maybe being a prepper, or even a slight prepper - is a good idea.
I tell most of my family - "keep stock as if you cant get to the grocery store for 1-2 weeks".
I would be very leery of using that plotter for your contour cuts - Especially coming from your Summa
What RIP are you using, and does it provide drivers for that plotter?
I cant believe the guy that ducked as the car flipped over him at 1:12 - insane. Hope the FJ criuser driver - and jeep compass driver were ok - I think the white F-150 guy would be OK
