Here, most people never buy the trailer. The dealer delivers the boat (Or they just drive it home from the dealer) and they keep it in their dock and it never leaves the lake.

With that Mimaki we've always read the marks manually before going to hit cut in the software.

I started with a Mimaki JV3. You could not stand to be in the same room with that printer, though I knew some big places that had their people working in a room with two of them. I put the printer in a room by itself with outside venting. With the Epson S70670 I use now, it's about 5 feet away...

The only way I can see to be getting dust on prints as they feed out of the printer is that the vinyl has dust on it going in. You either have a contaminated roll of vinyl or the room is extremely dusty. Changed your furnace filter lately?

You have to pull that first foot or so out, holding it away from the supply roll of material. Once it's hanging off the end of the laminator, gravity suffices. When the supply roll is smaller, there's less of a problem because the exiting vinyl won't touch the supply roll and stick.
