Nobody here is requiring it, and very few wear masks anyway. Only the hospital and doctor's offices are requiring masks. The two or three people a day who come in we are not requiring masks.
The holes are what causes it not to look as bright and vivid. However, when you install it on a window that is dark on the backside (the interior light is much less than the outside light) and view it from a moderate distance, the eye and brain make up for it fairly well.

I am using Windows 10, and also have Corel's latest subscription version. However, I also still have all the versions back to X6 still installed. I fired up X6 and did a brief test drive. Then shut it down. Found no odd behavior. No popup trying to sell me anything. Maybe you just need to adjust...

Corel 2019 was too buggy and crashed frequently compared to other versions. I liked 2017 a lot, and 2020 (the subscription) seems to have the stability back, along with some nice features added. You can't get the older versions any more.
There's this website called Google. You search for "square blocky font". In 30 seconds you find these similar fonts. None exact, since the original was crudely hand drawn.
