Do you have your blade depth and pressure set correctly? The blade should barely stick out and use only enough pressure to cut through the vinyl. The carriage that holds the blade holder may be the issue. Have you checked it to see if something is loose? It could also be a bad "new" blade. What...
I agree. You may find a decent Roland SP300V for 4K and up or an SP540V for 5.5K and up depending on condition and if they have been serviced with good working heads. John
You said you've done several small cleanings and a medium but have you manually cleaned around the heads? Maybe you have something attached to the head that is causing deflection. This video gives you a guide for a manual clean. John

I inquired and they said no sample rolls are available. For me it's hard to take the leap without trying a product out but I may if I hear good feedback in the future. Even the salesman I talked to seemed unsure of it's capabilities but compared it to Arlon. John
I agree. It depends on initial blade settings in the holder. I'm at 105 with a new blade and it transitions to about 115-120 as the blade gets duller. Just do your test cuts and adjust pressure until you get the desired results. John
I've changed a few heads myself. I never used the pump up etc. I just carefully removed the head. After installation I capped the head and used a syringe to pull ink into the head. Then do all the adjustments which take time but are very necessary to get it to print right. I never entered a rank...
