I agree with above. The big companies churning out cheap stickers rely on the artwork being print ready so they can just stick them on a machine without thinking about it at the lowest acceptable quality. That is fine for customers who have it all ready to go, but I rarely find that is the case...

If the printer is set up properly it should cut perfectly. The whole point of getting a print and cut machine is doing it all in one job and not having to take out the print and cut in another machine

Normally with 0330 it is a bad servo board not switching the solenoids. That would be the first thing to replace.

Is the test print still looking the same? Run a couple of powerful cleans and see if it changes at all

If the voltages are all checking out ok, then is most likely a bad board. If a main chip has gone faulty there isn't really any way to test for that

Was it new or used? A lot of the new boards are chinese copies and don't work properly. It is also possible if its used that it has a fault

Yes you need to install the OEM cap top. The pump seems to be working fine as it is cleaning the other colours fine. The yellow head is probably clogged from sitting now, so you need a cap top that is working correctly

Did you say you had replaced the servo board? Where did you get the replacement from? It could be it is faulty

OK, you will need to remove the cap top and take it out and see if the hose has just come detached from bottom of it. If it has, just push it back on and it should work fine.

Which part of the waste line? There are lines from each cap top that go into the pump, then a single line that comes out of the pump into the bottle. If it is the one from the cap top you have probably just pulled the line loose from the bottom of the cap top

Agree with above. Do a test print in service mode so we can see how your nozzles are looking ( both the large and small ones ). It does look more like you have a block of black nozzles missing rather than it being ink starvation or an encoder issue..

It probably wouldn't unless it is very clogged up, it is more likely to be general wear to the various moving parts of the mechanism that added together stop it producing the proper force. The heads do tend to last a decent amount of time, but eventually they do wear out
