We wrap Yeti's a lot for our boat wrap customers. We use Arlon DPF 8000 for just decals on them, it does have some shrinkage though especially when they leave them out in the sun all the time. For full wraps on them, we just use Arlon 6000 XRP and tape prime all the edges. Haven't had any...

Still profiling, printed our first real job on it today. The reds, grays, and just the quality of the print, is much better than that of our XC 540. It runs faster at the same quality as the 540 as well. Still having a few profiling issues with lower quality settings, but hopefully, Roland...

Chances are that when your printing black, it is combing colors to create the black and not using just the black ink. Possibly a bad black head? The crop marks are done with 100% black which is same as the test strips so that makes sense that neither one would print.

If your printing with latex inks you don't need to outgas. But with the Eco solvents you do. You can make or buy drying units that will speed it up to just a few hours, typically 4-6. Installs are also easier when the vinyl has had a chance to properly dry. Laminating to fast can cause...

We took a picture of a factory set, then just made a template using those. Then just cut them out on the plotter. We've done it with the knifeless tape, but using the plotter to cut them is much easier to get the spacing perfect and the lines perfectly straight.

We pay about $1.25 a sq foot including banner material. Why do you have banner material big enough if you don't have a printer that will handle it?
