Hey Pauly, I guess you can do this on a Arizona.
If I can do it on a Seiko and a Roland and Mimi9271 is doing it on his Arizona 1260 then I guess your Thumbs Down was a little premature.
When a chalenge comes along I go back to basics and think Outside the box.
I never say It can't be done.
You only need the slighest pressure to cut.
When you use too much pressure (too deep) the blade is binding through the cut and wears out the cutting tip surface of the blade and then it wont track accuratly.
Does that make sense?
After Market Blades Are Junk!
Its stupid easy.
Put your media in straight and taught. Use masking tape to mark your starting points including side to side. Then press send.
When printing second pass align media with your marks and press send again.
TahDah.
I do this when customer wants something printed on the back of...
No it will not change, If it's an inner cut and dimensions do not change (spacing, size) are the same as the original when your done adding the cut line.
As Syndo said: If it's an inner cut you should be able to fix it, as long as the job dimensions are the same as the original when your done fixing your cut file.
Then open your print window then the cutting window, drop down box on upper right corner select contour cut only then send.
Before...
Our local city sanitation department does a free drop off once a year of hazardous waste.
So we bring them 10 to 15 gallons of waste ink.
But I like the kitty litter idea.
So it was a Static problem just like all of you said.
To correct it I added a foot of Static Tincil from my offset press and adjusting the peel rate then I Thinned the ink. Everything printed great all day. Thank You For All Your Suggestions They All Helped.
Thank You.
I ran a automated General screen printing press 20 years ago that had a static eliminator bar on it and would give you a bite when adding or moving ink around.
How do I eliminate static on a manual press?
Printing on a M&R Saturn clam shell
I'm not new to the industry but I am sort of new to Screen Printing. My bosses 83 year old dad does all the screen printing at the shop and has recently taken ill, and guess who has to take over printing. ME.
We print on .040 and .080 Styrene with UV ink and Almost everything is going great...
Any warranty left?
Call the company and ligatate the machine is still not operating correctly.
I really thought the cutting speed was the problem because we went through the same problems.
Sorry for second guessing you.
Ill go through my notes and see if I can find anything else that might help you.
I also do multiple designs per sheet, all day every day. I cut everything at the speed of 20 because of the back and forth jerkingness (if thats a word) of the graphtec.
I also Print in short sheets 36" to 48" in length.
If you are printing large jobs, extend your bleeds to compensate for...
I can key in a 100 ft roll in about 30 to 40 minutes, multiple jobs and sizes. I now that the job I printed has a cut file to go with it.
The next day I start cutting those jobs and start printing new jobs.
I treat every job as a new job, weather its a repeat order or new. Where is the short cut.
