    Banding is the lines you are seeing in your printed art. On my seiko printers I have a print head for every color on Mimaki you have one for all. How old is your printer? Any warranty left? What does your tech reccomend?

    Check the Pinch Roller pressure and Vaccume settings, then order a new Cyan Head. You have banding in your solid colors.

    As Gino said, Table Saw. Circuclar Saw, Jig Saw. After cutting use a metal file on the edges to take the sharp edges off.

    Im running a Roland XR640 print cut, never have cut on the roland. I print a whole 100' roll then cut it on a Graphtec 160 while im printing the next 100' roll. Consumables are much cheaper for the Graphtec than for the Roland.

    Its probably the non opp side (far left side of the control panel) Pay attention when taking apart. Palce a towel under where you take screws out. There are little shim collars that fall out to nowhere land.

    I have fixed two of them by super glueing the tabs back into place. (See broken tabs circled in photo attached) If the tabs are completely broken off you need to buy a new one, but dont throw the broken one away as I am working on a prototype to fix them.     This happens to me at least three times per week. Im running two seiko W-64 and a roland XR-640, I cut everything on Graftec 160 cutters. I just measure out from the last good row of printed images, add a mm for the thickness of my pen, then apply crop marks over my pen marks from another sheet...
