Find some good niche markets. Things tanked for us too, so just concentrating on our niche markets, new advertising campaigns online, sprucing up the website/fb pages, and putting on promo events. It's been helping turn that heavy hand around... :)

Spend the 30 seconds to just thin it. Mesh size and color of garment can determine just how much you want to thin it. So get a good quality opaque white, learn to thin it for the job, and you're golden. Never found it to be too much of a hassle?

If it doesn't show up in Production manager then it's something in Flexi. Do you have the Falcon setup as a printer in production manager?
