The customer wants me to wrap over the graphics and diamond shield (which is peeling). I told him that I don't know if adhesive will stick well to diamond shield and also it won't look new, since it is wrapping over peeling.

She said that has to be a part of it, she doesn't want to get rid of it.

The only "Premium" customer to me is when I am the preferred sign company for something such as a shopping center or apartment complex. Where they only use me for all the signs on the property. Then they get premium status.

I designed this logo for a customer (they wanted a simple kids like bell, it's ugly.) Overlapped black letters on the yellow, which was impossible to read so I added a white outline, etc. Well she says it's not what she wants, she wants it more "contemporary" and this is what she says...

A vendor told me that the matte doesn't lay down flat, so it's prone to lift and issues arise.

Yes for multiple letters, use the same holes, I agree. Mine only has two letters of the same, so it doesn't matter, but if you had like 5 copies, then yes it would be a nightmare. I just wanted OP to know that it doesn't have to be done only one way and one way only.

Also we have a cardboard company here who makes custom cardboard things such as shipping boxes, prototypes, etc and do some wood stuff as well. Believe it or not they actually have three laser engravers as well as a big HP flatbed printer. So check everywhere.

Confirming that yes it's easier to copy the letter so they match and it doesn't matter where you place it, however if you want to do a different pattern on every letter, that isn't an issue either. It's all preference.

It's easier that way as you can copy the same letter. But if you set up the same letters with completely different hole patterns it won't matter, because it will only fit into one of the holes.
