Try searching uksignboards.com and see what the Brits over there have to say about it. ND does seem to be pushing this brand quite a lot, but the price is on par with 3M, at least for the calendered vinyls I got pricing for.

Don't let these naysayers get you down, of course you can layer yellow translucent on top of red, what's the worse that can happen? If light comes through the red vinyl as red, than the yellow vinyl will change the light back to yellow, that's how colours work!
