    Silicone. The studs hold all the weight. Silicone just keeps them from working out over the years and keeps moisture out. Just make sure you blow the dust out of the holes first...

    Ditto, Avery screwed our trade when they knew their cast film was miss-manufactured. After 6 months to 1 year the vinyl shrank and left at least 1/4 in. dirt collecting adhesive and wrinkled film all over. That crap was all over the country and affected many sign shops and vehicle graphics...

    Yes, It's called Corona treating. Flame the print area with a Bernzomatic Torch, quick wipe w/ alcohol to prep. apply print, flame/heat perimeter of print to bond.

    651 is for cutting not printing. I guess your printing on it so you have a vibrant Yellow or Orange so you need to fiddle w/ the heat settings.

    Check your settings in design central with your outline selected. Make sure it not set to clip corners and also check the miter setting.
