Bolder font would be better and since it's digitally printed I would have added a White outline around the text for more contrast and pop.

The space around the text is off. Top is shifted left. Bottom text is too low.

Avery is the worst to get off, always has been. 3M is a pleasure compared to it. The problem with the bad Avery was with the actual vinyl was missing some stability chemicals which in turn caused it shrink and crack. I don't believe there was a problem with the adhesive.

I prefer the first layout also, I don't see the need for two hammers... 2.5 hrs. per door for removal seems crazy long. A heat gun, torch or steamer will make that a lot quicker. I'd toss the blow dryer because it doesn't produce enough heat. If the vinyl is heated and you can't get your...

Vinyl and adhesive removal runs apx $75 -$100 an hour. $10 an hour labor rate? Rapid remover is close to $50 a gallon...

Nothing wrong with adding a little reducer to you Dixie cup. "Although his did look too thin." The viscosity of a brand new can is different than a can with 1/3 left and a skin on top. Nothing wrong with loosening it up and then palette with reducer when needed. You want to get the lettering...
