Send something to GspPlot. Hit F7, then select Sequence Plot on the upper right side. Then hit Preferences at the bottom. You may need to restart GspPlot for it to take effect. I only run my machines on Sequence Plot.

I do the same thing and for the same reason. Clients don't like hearing "shop minimum" so it's easier just to say it'll be $35. If they try to change the material to get a lower cost, then I explain that even on a different material, it'll still be roughly the same cost because there's labor...

I do apparel too, and all three of my main suppliers have accounts on Amazon. The pricing there is only a few dollars above what my cost is. That's just one of the reasons I don't buy from Amazon.

You're gonna have to go with a close match because those looked hand painted. The 2s are different.

Without having duplicate letters, I would say this is custom and not a font. But you never know with all the free fonts out there.

Found a bunch that are sorta similar, but nothing that's an exact match.

I would suggest checking with a local engraver (ie: trophy store). I have one guy pretty close and whenever I get jobs at this size, he's my go to. And he kicks sign work down to me, so it all works out.

Do you know what the material is? Or are we guessing based off the picture? What about size?

DFS comes it at exactly .25/pc at that quantity and size. I get full color items from them quite often and the quality is always stellar. But that's cost. No mark up.
