Tape a printhead cleaning swab onto the head next to the knife so the knife doesn't scratch the vinyl as it moves around.

It can depend on the ink type too. Softer inks are less likely to chip when cut.

We got some of the Yellotools clear mats and they do hold up pretty well. Better than Rhinos.

Yes. You should just open in Job Editor, turn on Submit Tiles As Separate Jobs and click submit.

Preferences in Media Manager.

I think you have to tell it to not print direct & send to Rip Queue.

Open the file in job editor and select print tiles as separate jobs, then print to your paper size.

I can't remember the profiling process in 11 but you need more ink. Try going back to the defaults and try again.
