I wouldn't be without a latex.
With the crazy turnarounds these days they just make so much sense for instant dry and unlaminated vinyl prints.
Having said that we do use eco solvent or UV where it suits better.
There's no such thing as a perfect printer for every application.
Zund G3 and we do a bit of routing yeah.
The vacuum pickup gets most of the dust - it doesn't seem to spread too far if you get it quickly.
Most of the dust on the flatbed comes from paper based sheets, not the environment.
That mesh on the back gates keeps the leaves and larger stuff out. :)
There are three roll fed printers behind where I took the pic.
We vacuum once a week and use the leaf blower out the back door at the start of the day.
Surprisingly we have no real issues with dust affecting our work.
Pretty sure Oce will discount any inks that have less than 3 months or so life.
If your guys don't do that - send em back or cry to your rep.
We go through them fairly fast though anyway.

In the Conserve Media placement there's also an option for Bestfit > AllowRotate
but as you have found it doesn't always automatically rotate.
