I've never used that product but it says it's a low tack ultra removable adhesive.
If there's any contamination on the surface it's not gonna stay down.
Use something with a bit more aggressive adhesive or repaint the wall.
Or maybe pull it off and wipe down with iso before applying the new wrap.
We have "free" healthcare here in Aus too. Of course it comes out of our taxes.
For life threatening cases it works well but for anything non urgent you'll be waiting to get treated.
It has it's good points but we still have private health insurance which isn't cheap.

I think you might be over complicating it.
Open a file with Job Editor and print.
Then go to the folder the artwork was in - there will be an ONX file in that folder.
When you want to reprint it open the ONX file instead of the art file and all the settings from the previous print will be...
If you open your jobs through Job Editor it will save an ONX file which has all the details stored in it.
Next time you want to print that job open the ONX file instead of the source file.
Full sheets of optically clear - colour/white/colour.
What printer are you using?
It won't matter that the white isn't super opaque for this application.
I don't know anything about the jv150 but we have a 60600 and it's pretty much as Signmeup says.
Fast, great quality, low ink use, fast drying.
If you want a solvent printer they are good value.

Yes you can calibrate media on the printer through the front panel. Very easy to do.
There's also a Tiling Mode preset you can use to try and keep the heads printing consistently.
It's moderately effective and deadly slow.
