If it's new and under warranty get the dealer to fix it. Otherwise...
If the cylinders aren't leaking air pressure will equalize between them. Since the issue is moving from right to left I'd say it's binding somewhere. Could have a bent rod on a cylinder, guides not installed correctly, or...
Orajet 3640 for temporary, Arlon 6000XRP/3220 for boats, vehicles, industrial labeling etc., and Solvex window perf. If I need anything other than that I sub it out. Got tired of paying carrying costs on stuff that I rarely used.
Yups, knifeless tape. This one for contours/corners: 3M™ Design Line Knifeless Tape KTS-DL1
Wallpaper steamer is what I use. Wagner 705, paid around 40 bucks for it.
If you are in an area without electricity or don't want to trip over cords I use a Ridgid Cordless Heat Gun. Especially nice...
Could also try steam for removal.
If you need to make a template here's what we did. Taped plotter paper to the hull and went over that with crayon. Took the template back to the shop and struck a 12" grid over it.
Took a photo and scaled it in Illustrator.
You may not need to make a...
...and people wonder why my wife and I are scouting retirement property out in the pickers. Just like my friend. Huge property with a single gated access point. Do not show up unannounced.
Check Youtube. People that make their living shooting Youtube videos say you can never have too much light. I agree. Shadows are caused by improper spacing and using the wrong fixtures for the area.
If you have a friend that's a professional photographer ask them about lighting.;)
To the OP. You will also get clients like this one.
Client: I just bought a sailboat and want the transom lettered.
Me: We can do that for you. Tell me the name and colors you like.
So I did a simple layout and gave him a price for print/lam/cut or two layers of cast vinyl both are around...
Dark anything on glass won't work like the client expects it to. Learned this from an old time sign guy. He said: "Windows are like mirrors, they don't reflect light only dark".(let that sink in for a minute) Under certain lighting conditions that blue will disappear or be hard to read.
That...
Before you drive yourself crazy with cutting issues buy a dedicated plotter. I owned a Roland and cured all my contour cut issues the day my Summa showed up. Granted my Roland was older, but Roland print/cut devices have never been known as the go to for contour cutting.
I'm in a very unique situation. Most of my work is very basic and Flexi serves the print/cut end very well. Only thing I get really in depth with is Photoshop and that's mainly for funeral posters. Yes' they're a thing around here but I haven't done any in a long long time.
Affinity and cut...
If I wasn't an instructor I wouldn't have Adobe CC. Bulk of my work gets done in Flexi, which I own outright, and trying to filter in more Affinity. Also have the full OnOne suite.
What about where the legs attach?
When I moved my Mutoh down a flight of stairs I built a sled for it.
Sled got hooked to a one ton Tug-It(chain hoist) anchored to the floor with a custom plate.
Took the wife and I about half an hour to slide it down the steps. Roland came up the same way...
I use variable data in Flexi on a regular basis(industrial labeling) but never tried exporting to PDF. I'll check into that when I get my next batch of labels. May not have any relevance though since I don't have the cloud version of Flexi.
Like Firesprint recommended InDesign is also an...
Happy Easter to all!
Already have my Frick's ham in the fridge. Got one for my dad and the mother-in-law too.
Cream cheese dinner rolls, taters, green bean casserole...yum!
