I really like my Epson S80!! But there you would be into a 64". I know of several people that really like their Mimaki's too. What you can get quick service for in your area is a key factor too.

I use Substance media. It's a way better product than Arlon. They have an air release version as well.

Were you able to get it to work? Caldera does have a bunch of help files on the RIP and through their usernet as well.

Keep in mind that if these happen to come off of Instagram, they could easily have a filter done to them to make them look super bright!

Just get the S80! ;) If you do any bright oranges, you will be impressed!! It make the oranges off of my other printers look like mud. haha

I switched from using 3M IJ35C to using Substance Media 2755. Prints better, last longer and is cheaper. Their laminate is WAY better too!

I too have an Epson S70 and it works great. I do run white and color at the same time. As far as a UV roll-2-roll, Fuji has one. It is called the Acuity LED1600. I would look into that one if you are going to go that route!

I went from the D Series to the S Class T series and there is a reason they cost more! They are more than worth it!!! Way faster, more accurate and just all around better! I run tons of labels and quite a few with the perf cut feature. Blades last fairly decent I think. I have had good luck...

I'm not sure with flexi. I use caldera with my s70. I can setup 5 different layers of printing. You just need to use the outside high tension pinch rollers, as it'll print one layer then feed it back for the next layer. In caldera, you can tell it to do each layer just a spot, just color or spot...

The only place I have seen that makes a box style stand is Orbus, but I don't think it is the same.

When I had my 360 and printed on fabrics, I had to slow it down and crank the heat all the way up!!
