I have a US Tech from USTECH, Home of Master worf laminator and it works great! I would buy another one in a heartbeat. The last one I upgraded to is the PRO65-S, heated top roller. Even the basic ones are very nice.

Switch to the 2755 vinyl and 3150 gloss laminate from Substance Media!! I was using IJ35C as well. The Substance is so much better and lasts longer!! And cheaper!! I believe they will send you out a sample roll to try it out. Call them up and ask for Matt.

I have been turning in 10 a month to Office Max/Office Depot. They give you a $2 credit per cartridge, but limit it to 10 per month. Better than nothing I guess.

Mine doesn't have the OPOS-Cam, so that might be different, but does the screen show a different force when it starts to cut deeper? does it do it with every cut job? when I've had issues like thus mine always ended up being that the cut lines got duplicated in the design, so it was cutting twice.

Haha. I was just about to type out about having a S80. I love my S80 too!! I am using Caldera, but haven't had any real issues at all! I also have a S70675 and the S80 is WAY faster. I can't image how fast the S60 is. I did the S80 as I needed the extra quality/gamut over the speed. Good Luck!
