first off why in the h@ll are you using one shot for anything? Using BEHR exterior paints is better than using one shot especially in FL. I would switch to routed pvc, the cost is less expensive than wood and I would imagine the durability is better. Now take all that one shot and dump it
I would do what Gino suggested IF you wanted to go a little larger I would make an aluminum frame attach that to facia and then attach signs to that, at least frames would stay permantly BUT to keep it simple Id go back to Ginos suggestion
matthews down here in AL sucks and most companies do not clearcoat, it will be chalky in 3 years time. If you are going to go thru the trouble of clearcoating you might as well use basecoat paints
