You ink cost is going to be the cost of your ink divided by the amount of ink. So with my HP lets say I get 3 liters of ink for $300.
My unit of measure is going to be Milliliters. So 3000 mL = 3 liters

One thing to also think of with eco-solvent is the out gassing as well as the fumes which should be vented. Some of the bigger latex machines require 220, so this is also something to think about.

See if you can select a different type of registration mark. When printing on reflective we use 'bombsite' registration marks with our Graphtec. It uses a 'lazer' to and you manual register targets. See if your plotter as a similar function.

Not quite sure what your asking.... So when you send something from the rip, the printer moves the media forward. But the take up roller isn't working and it causing the media to back up and it causes a head strike?
