    I don't think it was like that when he picked it up. It probably had a small scratch in it and he decided to use waste ink to cover the scratch. The solvent cleaner mixed in made the issue worse.

    Why would you use the waste ink to try and cover it up? How long did you let the banner dry before you took it to the seamstress? Also unless it's a huge banner just re-print.

    Not sure on Onyx, but in Flexi, I can set the margins to 0. My HP570 prints 1/4 inch from edge. So just account for that when setting up spacing.

    For me, the font is decided by the job. While I know it sounds a little tedious I have a basic idea of the look I'm going for, and I just open the font window or drop drop down and start browsing them. Since I already have an idea of what I'm looking for I can skim through them pretty fast...

    Can you not just create a circle the size you need in Flexi with no fill or border, than assign it a contour cut?
