Not very familiar with epson printers. Do you currently have white ink already set up in your printer? If you don't you might be better off outsourcing it to some one who does.

How long do you wait to remove the premask after you apply the graphic?

After you have installed it, spay with soapy water or windex. let it sit for a minute or two and it will come off a lot easier. You can only do this with paper premask.

So if your using flexi, you should be able to to the plotter tab and change them to have more detection marks. Works best with anything over 48". It will be one of the last selections for the plotter marks. I will try to remember to take some screen grabs tomorrow when I'm work.

You could also look at getting a humidifier. Depending on the size of the room or area, could be like $25

Was it ever used on one side more than the other? While I know it might sound odd but it happens up here all the time, are the floor and unit level? Do you have any images?

How big is the area you're trying to cut? What type of material? What type of plot marks are you using?

This might not be a rip issue. Since it's already printed it might be a printer issue. Could your magenta head be clogged? Have you done a test print to make sure everything is firing correctly? Just curious, why would you go from Photoshop and bring it into Illustrator to print?

We print them all day long. EG, HIP, DG Reflective, also non-reflective.

How to do which one?

If you ran the lines dry, it could be air in the line, dampener issue, capping station issue, or a pump issue. If you have checked them all you might want to look at the print head, it might have dried up on you. You can look at soaking it in cleaner for a little while and than doing some...

Kinda of a shot int the dark here but I've had this happen to me in the past. Sometimes on brand new trailers, they fail to remove the protective plastic. When you cleaned it, did you notice there was anything different about the surface, anything at all? This would explain most of your issues.

We do them all the time. Use hi-tack transfer tape over the whole thing.

My first instinct would be prep issue. But I also know that some people will use silicone on crew holes and seams that leak, so it might be that as well.

I looks like you just over tightened the screws.... Did you pre-cut the holes before putting the screw back in?

You can create a color to white gradient and change the blending mode. Not the same and you might have to tweak it but depending on what your doing it might work. You would be better off doing it in Illustrator and importing it in. It's one of the many things I wish that they would work on in...

Maybe even an office supply store. They might sell replacement wheels for chairs...
