    The Bad Wrap templates are layered tiffs that are designed to be used in Photoshop. They are raster templates (no vector that I know of). If you use the "groups" correctly, it should automatically mask the design for you. I did list a few basic instructions in a post above (from 2011).

    The tech can forcefully remove the license, not from your computer, but in their system. You should then be able to activate the Flexi install. When you log into the saicloud.com website, how does it list your Flexi license? What is the status?

    You can either run the Buffalo software on all of your computers, so that anytime a computer boots, the NAS wakes up, or there is usually a small switch on the back that you can set to "on" instead of "auto".
