I found this doing a quick google search. Not sure of the designer though, it may be copyrighted. It's a little large, but hope it helps.

Plus that information does not need to be seen from the road. I would try to convince the customer to drop it entirely, but if they insisted, this is how I would approach it. It's all unnecessary fluff.
