Easiest solution... downsize your staff.. take the jobs you want to take. Delay the others or reject them if they cant be done in time... Keep 1 or 2 skilled workers pay them well.. make sure they are happy.

You should have a color chart printed from your printer so you can match it with that.. every printer is different

Might need to outsource it to someone who can achieve the blue you need.

The cmyk is boring.. looks like Clipart.. text is too hard to read (too small and bad font choice).. imagine someone is 50 metres away and needs to read your signage in 5 seconds.. as much as you love the name of your shop.. you need to make the signs, banners etc. Larger that is the draw card...

Location is quite important.. depends what area you're in.. I've been running my business for about 12 years now and have experienced both home and offices.. although home is comfy and easy.. it isn't very professional and it does bring customers into your personal life which is not good...
