If you using Tangential cutting, that is what it will do. If you want continuous, switch to drag knife.

Yeah, exactly how I was thinking....hinge the middles, lay 1 half at a time. I use GF 226 Wallmark so it's stiff enough to do this.

Flexi will let you butt together. Set the spacing to 0", and set the Panel Margin to 0" as well. I do it all the time for 10-up 18x24's on Coro.

Not totally true... I still have printheads WAAAY out of warranty and WAAAY past what I would normally run them and the printer has never suggested once to change a head.

Pretty sure those were a screened decal. It'd be hard to get a real nice fade on an inkjet print, which would probably need to be on clear.

We print and overlay on ACM all the time. We don't wrap the edges though. We don't have any issues with lifting on them.
