Hello, Our tech is out until Jan. 4th and I just got another Graphtec delivered to the shop. This one I want to use it with Omega 5 instead of Flexi. However, Graphtec 9000 isnt in the local list. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

It was the cutting strip lol ! WOW! How can the dang cutting strip give so many errors lol

The first project cut fine with the same settings I sent from Omega. The second project I had to have it cut 3 times so that it will cut. Some projects start fine and end not cutting the same by the end as well. Any trouble shooting suggestions?
