Hello, I currently own an HP Latex 700w and quite frankly its been a nightmare. Could someone that own Mimaki and /or Roland UV please share their experience with printing white on clear. What is the maintence like and the speed when printing white.

Is there a one time purchase price for Onyx or something like it that I can use with the hp 700w?

Right, I use Adobe illustrator and Cutmaster 5 but not having the ability to rotate is bad :( 6 feet of vinyl and laminate down the drain. I will now print in 180 so I get the bottom printing first. Since Cutmaster cuts from bottom to top.

It’s Adobe illustrator and I’m using segmented crop marks. If I rotate in illustrator it will still try to read the crop marks with the same spacing and the last one is closer than the first.

I had a file print from back to front and it did not finish printing. The Cutmaster 5 rotate feature is grayed out. Is there anyway I can get that to work so I can rotate the cut file and cut from back to front?

It's odd, found XML files in archive but when I load it in cut server, it puts it in the view and than disappears with hit letting me do a thing

After I print my project. Where does the cut file get saved at? Currently I print of the HP Latex and I didn't cut right away. I restarted my system and the cut file can't in the cut server anymore. How can I just cut with out having to send it to print?

That machine has been down all week and HP isn’t being very easy about replacing it. They admitted that the machine has giving me so many problems that it’s best to be replaced. Imagine all week with out being able to print on it. I’m losing money :( My only concern with the UCJV-300 is odor...

Hello, Is there a way to set the head travel width for smaller vinyl? I’m printing on 24” vinyl but the head still travels the length of the printer. I could have sworn my older 335 only traveled 24” and came back and wouldn’t go all the way across. Maybe it’s a setting in Onyx or Flexi?

I’m about 25 miles from the beaches so it’s not horrible but the warehouse gets nasty lol Not like Dallas use to though. I did live in South Dallas for 3 years

I use Omega for my edge system and it’s decent. Tried Flexi for about 7 months and I hate how buggy it is. Been on Onyx for 2 days but only to print. I been cutting from Cutmaster in Illustrator for about a month now.

I finally got my 700w printer installed and the print quality with 100 underfloor white is awesome! The print speeds are slow though but I’m comparing them to my Gerber Edge FX. which is a pain in its own right since you need a manual operator to change colors out. May be faster but I don’t want...

I think they discontinued Blue medal :( hopefully you find someone that has it and never used it.
