We use the same profiles here also, but I use the 3651 profile for 3651, and I use the 3551 profile for 3951RA because Orafol doesn't have a 3751 or 3951 profile available last time I checked. I use the Mimaki Generic Profile for anything else that I can't find a profile for specifically...

Here are a few of our displays that we have in one area. Nothing fancy, just calendered prints applied to PVC mounted in Walmart poster frames. We have several other display pieces but they are scattered around the shop.
Just got an order in today from Gemini for laser cut Gem Leaf acrylic. They've always been one of our best and most reliable wholesalers. I'm curious to hear about your experiences, also.
If somebody needs materials, they are going to find it regardless of where they end up buying it from. Why not mark it up and sell them what they want? The guy that's going to cut your throat already has the initiative to seek out a supplier for their materials.
We cut ID cards out of 3mm PVC and apply printed decals to them to identify standard roll materials. We also keep a few blanks around for new materials that we can conveniently label with a Sharpie.
Personally, I would have applied a full coverage print, because I don't see the need to set up for contour cutting if I don't have to. Applying a full bleed print seems like the easiest and more logical way to approach the job to me.
