I use vehicle templates in my design software to do my layouts. You can buy these from a few vendors online. Then you can, for example, export them as pdf of jpg formats so the customer can view them in email or print.

Exactly why I never drop ship or leave any evidence of my suppliers that my customers can get there hands on. It's happened to me a few times in the past.
When I do installs at customer locations I remove all shipping labels etc. You wouldn't believe how many times I've caught someone sniffing...
Avery 2611 here too. On most walls it works great. I have over 150ft of this up in one location and it's been over a year with no problems.
Texture and type of paint does make a difference. Most of these aren't made for heavy textured walls.

In fill/stroke editor click on stroke button. Directly below that is a drop down box. When you click on it your colors will show. Pick transparent and the outline color will disappear.

I have a friend with a cnc router. He wants me to cut some vinyl to place on the raised areas of a design. I'm having trouble converting his dxf file to a cutable file. Is there a prefered way to export or save so I can cut it in flexisign. Comes in looking ok but is just all broken lines/points...
I have about exactly the same amount left as well. I'm thinking about going back to oracal 290 lam. Especially since they told me it's not recommended to pre mask the 8518. Sounds silly and is not going to work for my uses which are mostly print/cut designs and not wraps.

Try inkscape. It's free and has a great trace tool.
I just vectorized that in about 5 mins, saved it as eps and opened in flexi. It did a good job and looked like minimal cleanup if any.
