Been there done that. Get educated on the right vinyl for the right job. The savings now will come back to haunt you.
If you want ot try something alittle cheaper we have used the 3MIJ40 and cast laminate with great success on vehicles with flat surfaces.

Wild West, I found that setting. Not sure why I didin't notice it before. Changed it to full in mapping now it flows from monitor to monitor.
The new intuous5 does have a few new features. Something to think about before buying a used one.

I run dual monitors too. There is a setting to choose the primary monitor for the wacom. It will not flow from one monitor to ther other like your mouse, as far as I can tell.

Go to control panel, programs and features. on left upper click on view installed updates and remove all 12/12/12 updates. This worked for me on flexi 8.1 and win7.

Hate to say it but 3M 180 is alot easier to install then 3751. I like the 3751 for simple installs but anything complex I'd have to use the 3M. Oracal is my fav vinyl until it comes to wrapping which I don't do alot of. The 3751 was alot less forgiving then the 3M and it was a bear to reposition...
I learned the hard way on this subject. Use the right stuff for outdoor vehicle decals. I guess you could go the cheaper route if the customer understands what their getting.
